What does Vollmacht mean?
With a Vollmacht (power of attorney), you allow another person to act for you, for example at an office.

The Vollmacht should be in writing and signed by you. Write in it who may do what for you.
Many offices have their own form for this. Ask for it or look for it on the office's website.
The person can then, for example, hand in documents, receive information or file a Widerspruch.
