A Vollstreckungsbescheid comes from the court if you did not file a Widerspruch against a Mahnbescheid in time.

With it, the Gläubiger (creditor) who demands the money can have it collected by force. For example, they can have your bank account or wages seized.
You can file an Einspruch. The deadline for it is short and starts with the Zustellung (formal delivery). It is stated in the Vollstreckungsbescheid.
If you do not file an Einspruch, the Vollstreckungsbescheid becomes final. Even after an Einspruch, the Gläubiger can at first continue to have your money seized.
