What does Anhörungsbogen mean?
An Anhörungsbogen (hearing form) is a form from the fines office. You are asked to respond to an accusation, for example speeding.

It is not yet a Bußgeldbescheid (fine notice). The authority first checks whether, and against whom, it will impose a fine.
You do not have to say anything about the accusation. But you usually have to give your personal details.
If you were not the driver, you do not have to name anyone who is a close relative of yours.
A Bußgeldbescheid can follow the Anhörungsbogen. You can file an Einspruch against it. The deadline is in the Bescheid.
