What does Überweisung mean?
With an Überweisung (bank transfer), you send money from your account to another account.

You need the recipient's name, the IBAN and the Verwendungszweck (payment reference). These details are in the letter.
Copy the number from the letter exactly into the Verwendungszweck. Otherwise the payment may not be matched.
A normal transfer usually takes one working day. If there is a deadline, still allow a little more time.
Check the name and IBAN carefully. Fraudsters send fake bills with their own account.
