What does Eilantrag mean?
With an Eilantrag (urgent application), you ask a court to make a quick provisional decision because you cannot wait.

This is possible, for example, if the Jobcenter stops paying and you have nothing to live on.
You must explain why it is so urgent and enclose proof, for example bank statements.
The court then decides faster, often without a hearing, by an order (Beschluss). The decision usually applies only provisionally.
An urgent application does not replace the Widerspruch. File it in time anyway.
