What does Beschluss mean?
A Beschluss (court order) is a court decision, often without a hearing, for example in urgent proceedings.

Courts also decide on applications within proceedings by an order, for example on legal aid (Prozesskostenhilfe).
There is often a remedy against an order too, for example a complaint (Beschwerde). Whether, and by when, is in the Rechtsmittelbelehrung.
An order in urgent proceedings usually applies only provisionally, until the court decides the main case.
